This is the starting point of the '69 Chevy Nova SS 396.

This is what it looks like now. The body and chassis was painted Grabber Green. The chassis was detailed using gloss black, red, steel, and aluminum.The interior was painted flat black and the seats and door pads were painted flat tan. I added spark plug wires to the engine and painted the tranny aluminum.The engine compartment was detailed using gloss black, white, red, and aluminum.I used Bare Metal Foil on the window trim and turned the tires around to give the car the blackwall treatment to the tires.

I did some dealing with Gary (Getem Kustom), he RAOKed me, in the package he sent me was this 1/18 VW Drag Bus.

This is what it started out as.

This is what it looks like now.It was a club project.The wheels are from a 1:24 semi and the stake bed is scratch built from styrene,the mud flaps are made from Masking tapeand the lights are from my parts box.The decal on the doors are from a 1:25 scale Autocar dump truck from AMT.

Using a Muscle Machines 40 Ford and put 4x4 chassis under it.

This is what it looks like now.it was completely torn apart,stripped and the holes for the lights in the rear valance where filled in with body filler,then the body,chassis,engine compartment and parts of the interior were painted green.The wheels were done blue.The chassis was detailed using a metlizer paint on the exhaust and chrome Bare Metal Foil on the mufflers and chrome tips on the exhaust.Frame was painted gloss black.Front suspension and transaxle were painted silver and the engine was painted Chrysler Engine Red.Engine compartment was detailed using Chrysler Engine Red,flat black, and chrome silver.The body was detailed using gloss black on the trim,door handles,and mirrors.The lower grille was painted flat black and used Bare Metal Foil on the Chrysler emblems.The interior was painted flat gunship gray with the console,door pads,and dash trim all painted body color.
